La Cucina di Venti owes its heritage to the labors of the many cooks throughout the millenia who have contributed to the Italian Cuisine. Each dish we create has its roots firmly implanted in the Italian Traditions of simple, fresh ingredients and time tested cooking techniques. That is not to say we're at all stuffy about it. In fact, we subscribe to that little know Italian culinary wobble know as "uno po' pazzo" which allows us to get "a little crazy" when the dish calls for it. ...we think you'll approve

PIZZA AL TAGLIO or "Pizza by the cut" is our rustic style pizza. Hand pressed in a traditional rectangular shaped pan, this pizza is the staple offering of every pizzeria, in every town, throughout Italy.
